NDDOT Support Request Form

North Dakota Department of Transportation
Local agencies preparing a federal grant application and who are requesting NDDOT support must complete the online checklist. The intent of this form is for brief responses that allow NDDOT to determine what is being requested and if it is appropriate for NDDOT to provide the requested support.

Except for letter-of-support-only requests, this form must be received at least five (5) weeks prior to the grant due date to be considered.

For letter-of-support requests, this form must be completed at least two (2) weeks prior to the grant due date to ensure return of the letter for inclusion in the application.
Type of Support Requested of NDDOT:

Letter of Support - Upload template letter in Word format for NDDOT to customize, sign, and return.Funding Partner - By Statute, NDDOT may only provide funding to State highways and township roads.Submit Application (State highways only)Application ReviewBid Project (If awarded)Cost Estimate Review - Details must be submitted at least 5 working days before requested response date.Data/Technical Support
